Currently he is the CEO of Oco, Incorporated, a business intelligence software company. Previously, Bill was Group Chief Executive for Global Business Consulting at Accenture.

Thomas Burke, Senior Advisor, K-Line America. Mr. Burke has had a distinguished career in both public service and the private sector. Since 1997, he has served as Senior Advisor to the President and CEO of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, “K” Line America, Inc. in Washington, D.C.
